Both ES and NQ pushed aggressively higher through the European morning, establishing sharp session highs before stalling and pulling back into the open. The broader sequence remains firmly in an uptrend of higher highs and higher lows, but the immediate impulse faces resistance at the overnight peaks.

What are QQQ premarket levels?

QQQ premarket levels are reference prices such as the overnight high and low, support, resistance and the prior close that traders mark before the cash open. Since QQQ trades thinly overnight, NQ futures are the main record of where the Nasdaq-100 went.

LiquidityLevels reads the NQ overnight session and translates each key level into an approximate QQQ price (NQ divided by roughly 41). The ratio drifts with futures basis and dividends, so treat it as orientation.

Why overnight futures matter

  • QQQ options are closed overnight, so overnight NQ moves set the opening context.
  • NQ moves more points than ES, so translating to QQQ dollars keeps risk in the instrument you actually trade.
  • Technology-heavy catalysts, such as earnings and rate news, often show up in NQ first.

How the levels are derived

Each briefing is generated before the Asia, London and US session opens from recorded chart observations on NQ (and NQ or ES for cross-reference): where price sits in the visible range, the trend sequence, how it reacted around key levels, and the scheduled events ahead. Levels are then translated into QQQ terms using a reference ratio of about 41 (NQ points per QQQ dollar). The ratio drifts with futures basis and dividends, so the result is an approximation. Frequently asked questions

What are QQQ premarket levels?
Reference prices (overnight high and low, support, resistance, prior close) marked before the 9:30 ET open. For QQQ they are derived from NQ futures and translated into approximate QQQ prices.
How do you convert NQ to QQQ?
Divide the NQ price by roughly 41. The exact ratio drifts, so use the NQ to QQQ converter as an approximation, not a quote.
Is this a trade signal?
No. These are informational reference levels, not signals or advice.
